How do you get on the list for the full system? I haven’t seen it listed anywhere, already have a slip on from graves.
Send a mail to sales@gravesport.com
They will get you on this list. We have not done a web listing yet. Once the back orders are caught up we will add them to the site.

This is the spreadsheet I have built for the ZX4RR. I will weigh each part removed to adjust the exact weight, but this should be a very close approximation, based on past builds.

I will scale the bike stock with a full tank this week.
Example of scale with a VF500F I just picked up.

That’s a great scale. What is it?
I have a commercial building with a massive commercial warehouse. Multiple Toledo floor scales. I’ve weighed scores of bikes on it. It’s good to the pound.
I formally warehoused all the motorcycles for the dealerships in our area back. We had all the all the brands. I was always impressed with KTM as they weighed as quoted in their manuals/spec sheets (sans gas).

Wow, that looks very promising.. 360lb, full tank? Thats like 50ish lb less than stock. I'm very excited to see the list! Exhaust is probably the easiest item but curious how the other 30lb came off.
I was a bit on the fence over the last view days for what I want to do but if I see this built I would say that is pretty much the starting point I'm looking for! Looks very streetable, nice clean parts on the hand controls, not a lot bling bling or finicky tidies. I bet this creates no issues with the CHP. Awesome built! Cant see from here if/what the impact of wheels and tires are.
Thanks for sharing!!

I'm at 361 lbs dry (minimum fuel) and 385 lbs wet (full fuel, full oil to top of sight glass). The heavy stock steel sprocket is next on my hit list. The rear swingarm is worth another 5 lbs savings and I can't wait to replace the wheels, axles, swingarm pivot, and steering stem.

How much do the carbon wheels run and what’s the weight difference? Ball park figures since they don’t seem to be available for our bikes yet.
