We just made one mold so a few sets are done usually every few weeks. They are 1,690.70 plus shipping ($80-$110) depending on your location. You can call us to drop onto availability list. Everyone needing it has gotten it pretty timely so far.

After seeing Graves race bodywork and holding it in the hand, I'm really interested in buying a set.

Feather light and amazingly super strong. You can tell a lot of thought went into each piece.

The construction of the seat unit and the way it floats on the steel subframe tubes is particularly genius.

I wish I took pictures but I was in awe soaking it up as I checked everything out.
When is that bodywork coming out?!? Curious wallets want to know when to hide. 😆
We have been delivering bodywork for a few weeks. If you wish to acquire some please contact us and request a back order. Definitely hide your wallet 🤣

I jumped on the front/rear Bitubo setup and shipped my forks to Shane/Chris this morning... can't help wondering at what point would it have made sense just to drop off the bike to you guys and let you build it for me! [emoji1787]

We should post some detailed pictures. I am definitely proud of what the guys are producing here. Thank you for the compliments.

Graves Motorsports offers two styles of 45mm clip-on handlebars. Although they fit any 45mm bar tube they were designed on the 2023 + Kawasaki ZX-4RR . This video showcase the difference in the product. See product links below for more details.

Brake UPgrades are a big topic lately and updating to radial mount master cylinders. We use Galespeed products :

This low profile res mount can be fitted to the top or bottom of the OEM triple by drilling a guide screw in https://www.gravesport.com/products/front-brake-reservoir-mount-low-profile.html

This is the res. tank we use https://www.gravesport.com/products/galespeed-fluid-reservoir-tank-32ml.html

There is also a few tubing lengths https://www.gravesport.com/products/galespeed-brake-fluid-reservoir-hose-06x30cm.html / https://www.gravesport.com/products/galespeed-brake-fluid-reservoir-hose-06x10cm.html

The 17mm VRD Master Cylinder and 19mm versions are the go to options (I'd suggest the 17mm for most riders) on this bike.

We have clutch perches to match if needed. Remote adjusters to help with brake fade. Along with the high end Elaborate models Galespeed offers https://www.gravesport.com/categories/sport-bike-parts/hand-controls.html

I'm trying to understand how this works.
So the above part is mounted to the fork tube above or below the triple tree, yes?
Drilling a guide screw has got me 🥴 and a little explanation would be nice.

This is the res. tank we use
So this tank and adjustable bracket is used with the above item? 🤔

It's all a nice setup which I like as a low profile but understanding it isn't something Ive grasped.
Thanks.

There are multiple ways to do this. The Galespeed reservoir has a mount or you could use the Graves bracket with the rubber strap. The photo on our development bike uses the Graves bracket with the rubber strap.(The Galespeed bracket was removed) For that set up no drilling is required on the stock ZX4RR triple clamp. There is already a hole that is threaded. These kits are somewhat universal and fit most bikes it the same location /zx4 Zx6 zx10 R6 R1 and many others.
I personally chose the graves bracket with the rubber strap because it’s quick to service the bike. Racing requires quick installation and removal of complete systems from the unit.

Our engine department has updated fitment of our ZX-6R cam chain tensioner to include the ZX-4RR https://www.gravesport.com/products/kawasaki-zx-6r-zx-4rr-high-precision-cam-chain-tensioner.html

Graves Motorsports Kawasaki ZX-6R / ZX-4RR High Precision Cam Chain Tensioner. Professionally developed under strict Graves Racing Services championship winning engine build guidelines.

Note: You will need need a replacement timing cover gasket from your local Kawasaki dealer.

Cost VS Quality
  • Compare our product to the competitions product and the cost
Graves Product
  • Adjustment shaft is made of grade 5 titanium with a satin black fresh green process giving it a Rockwell 70 surface hardness. Machined to a 1.0 threads per millimeter allowing the tuner to adjust the tension on the chain to an exact specification = less friction and consistent cam timing = more power.
  • The Competitors shaft is made of mild steel all thread material with SAE course thread
Graves Cam Chain Body
  • Designed to support the shaft as close to the cam chain running block as possible for maximum shaft support and minimum shaft flex.
  • The Competitors Body Designed to hold the shaft and plugs the oil relief hole
Graves’s lock nut
  • Hard anodized for a reliable fit, strong threads, light weight and great looks
  • The competitor’s nut course thread steel nut
You can compare the price but you cannot compare the quality. Take both of these to your engine builder and ask them which one they would install in your motor when their reputation is on the line!

So the description of the high mount kit describes some advantages for longer tracks. Are we talking Road America longer or Road Atlanta longer? Can you offer any more color on this?
