My weekly pre-ride routine consists of checking tire pressure and filling to the same pressure using an AutoJoe cordless unit. This ensures that I ride with the exact same tire pressure each week. My tires lose 1 to 2 psi per week sitting in my garage.

Before heading out on the road I take a slow 25mph lap around the community to warm up the engine and tires.

A little note to add here
If you purchase a small tank and a regulator designed for nitrogen gas to fill your tires with you will have less fluctuations in pressure both during your ride and between rides.
Drain the moisture infected air from your tire completely and fill with nitrogen, drain the tire once more then refill with nitrogen. This dry gas will stay stable over long periods of time and a hidden benefit is little to no corrosion internally over much longer periods of time. (Most museums do this)
We have nitro filled tires on all our cars/ suvs and it is better. I still need to add air but much less frequently.
