I told myself that I'm keeping this bike stock when I bought it, justifying the mark up I paid to get my hands on one here in CA.

Today I passed a milestone in that I've spent more on parts modding the bike than I did to buy it.

In hindsight it would have been smarter and cheaper to do this differently but it's too late, and now I'm left with this pile of stickers that cost me $13k [emoji1787]

I'm not stopping now. I'm selling a few other bikes and gonna go all in on this one.
Those graves stickers are at least 100$ each!

That is the same system that I’m using on my personal bike. To keep the performance and reduce the sound will require a larger silencer. We do have a 370mm body. The current silencer body length is 330 mm. Is this something you have interest in?
Yes I would be interested in it! I liked @AV80R suggestion with using the stock exhaust with the adapter, but I really want to keep the Graves Exhaust on. I think it looks better. I don't mind a little power loss in exchange for sound. I also like to switch between silencer in/out depending on where I'm riding so being able to switch between the two easily makes a huge difference.

How’re you liking the exhaust? I suppose since the ecu is gone you haven’t ridden it too much. I’m thinking of kicking the bucket and getting the Graves exhaust. The M4 is looking pretty good though. Would you say the titanium is worth at nearly double the price? Thanks for sharing your progress

This $29 Amazon rear seat cowl is way lighter (almost 13 oz less) than the Kawasaki one.

It doesn't come with the $2 11057-2879 bracket needed at the rear though.

I already had the Kawi one installed, so the Amazon cover just popped in place. This will let me preserve the expensive Kawasaki one for down the road while enjoying a bit of weight savings as the bike continues its diet.

Kawasaki on the left, Amazon on the right.

Amazon one doesn't have the "Ninja" script, the rubber pad is molded into the cover and is hard plastic, and there is no metal bracket mount underneath.

How's the color match on it? I was surprised how heavy the OEM seat cowl was.
