I have several bikes now, and have owned MANY more, with Kawasaki being the predominant brand.
I currently have a KTM RC390 that I'm pretty happy with for my smallest bike, after many upgrades related to suspension, braking, and hp. Like many, I wouldn't mind a bit more power, so the ZX4RR appeals to me.
Hopefully it delivers on those expectations. :)

Are you going to keep the RC390 as well as the ZX4R when it becomes available?

How much work have you done to it?
Andreani front suspension, Ohlins rear, both tuned for my weight. Akrapovic mufflers with the KTM tune for that can that dealers could download. Upgraded to the 320mm front rotor that later became standard. Lots of KTM PowerParts stuff, like double bubble windscreen, tail bag, levers, then removed passenger pegs, added tail tidy, Dunlop Q3+ tires, etc.
