I'm not sure if this is already out there yet, but I had this sent to me by a dealer local to me today as I made a pre order yesterday... it states internal use only, this was emailed to her (sales) directly from Kawasaki and she then passed it straight onto me, her words, "it's a more detailed overview of the bike so better than what you can find on the web!"

so I cant keep it to myself, those who haven't seen this, enjoy

Don't worry, the service manual doesn't give us any other insight into the output for the Canadian (listed as CA) or US (listed as CAL for California)

I'm going to be asking my dealership for a photo of the MSO so I can see what the output power was measured as at Kawi for my bike.

Is the ZX4R in the Philippines better than the one we're getting in the States? I noticed they get a 401cc, wondering if we're getting the same.

Philippines has a law that a bike has to be 400 (or greater than 400) to use the freeway. Looks like they got a bike tweeked by +0.2mm stroke to be freeway legal. 39.3 /39.1 is only a 0.5% change. It does bump the compression from 12.3 to 12.6, and torque +5% though, interestingly.

USA has a 150cc rule, which blocks 149.9cc bikes from using the freeway. Which is why Honda bumped the PCX to 157cc.

Yep!

And it shows it uncorked (not restricted). That same bike not shortly after was on the dyno - you can see the stock run and the after run making some ECU changes and fitting a proper exhaust (full Akra race system)

With 20k experience on a 250, I remember my first time getting on an F4i and feeling the world go into hyperspeed distortion. A 675 with 136hp is the biggest bike I've ridden with gusto at the track. I can't even imagine 220+.

almost certainly going to be lower power as speculated. But if that was needed to get them into the country that's better than missing out, get her opened up with a tune and away ya go
