Ordinary, I'm glad that I'm usually in WNC, but today I wish I was back in Florida !

It's only a 2+ hour ride from the house there.

But it's only 20 minutes to Deal's Gap or the Cherohala Skyway from the house here.

As someone who has land in North Georgia to retire to in 9 years, Id says you are better off in NC.
