How does someone apply as a vendor for this site ? I'm not asking for me, but I'm sure there are people that may wish to do so.

I would ask this question in the Vendor section, but it says I don't have sufficient privileges to do that.

The system is pretty automated for the registration, so any delay is likely due to systems or process upgrades.
