I am having trouble web searching for what the ZX25R spool size is, it only seems to return English / USA websites which of course we lack the 25R. Maybe Graves can say.

(Lol "zx25rforum" has like only 20 posts after 2 years.)

Japan Webike puts Ninja 400 / 650 / ZX25R all as the same spool size, so I guess 8mm.

Yeah it's 8mm but I haven't bought a set because I didn't know if a spacer is needed like the N400 or not.

I'm fond of the WoodCraft rear spools but haven't found the information needed to be an informed decision. 😔

Yeah I had to use a couple washers each side on the Ninja 650.
Spools are the first thing I want on the bike.
I plan on trailering the bike to my storage when I take it from the dealer and then put the bike on a stand.
Im more comfortable with a bike on a stand than on the kick stand.

Also the WoodCraft spools can be mounted with or without the spacers so I may get a pair in the next few days. If they don't fit I can always have a spare set for the N400. 👍

Yeah yesterday I had to look up what GP style is. Wild guess, looks like the spools are moved from the bike to the stand, leaving the more aerodynamic forks on the bike (and two less things to fall off perhaps.)
The thing with the gp style is your stand will have to use a peg or rod to lift the bike.
Nothing wrong with that but when 2 out of 3 bikes are setup with standard spools on the swing arm and you only have 2 full PitBull stands you don't change things. 😂

I like the concept of the gp setup but I don't race and have no issue with removing the wheel from the bike or installing it.

I'll be getting standard for the 4RR for now.👍
