I was at the local dealer where I have my deposit yesterday, so I broke down and ordered a few things since I'll get a 10% discount.
1. The currently unavailable seat cowl
2. The sport seat ( even not knowing how different it is from the one that comes on the bike.)
3. The service manual
4. Two oil filters. - standard fit for a list of Kawasaki models

I used to work full or part-time at a multi-line dealer in Florida, so not getting 10% OVER COST sucks. 😄

My sport seat will be here today, and I got the manual yesterday. Curious when the cowl will be available.

Just got the manual, bit chonkier than the N400 one.

First thing that caught my eye was a whole section on the "Self diagnosis system", which are all the various sensors from temperature to electronic throttle valves. Haven't read through but seems like nothing too new, rather they've just categorized into it's own section which makes sense given the times.

Good thing I've got one ordered too.

Thank you! I was able to put in an order for the frame sliders AND the single seat cowl through my local dealer.
No problem - I was able to order all the accessories I wanted as well, even the ones not currently showing as 'available' on Kawi's website. Now just a waiting game for those, a proper full exhaust and oh yeah, the bike :)

I've got the seat cowl already. It does require installing a bracket into the bike. And assembly of the cowl itself.
Sounds like the Chinese version of the pillion replacement on the N400 where a bracket has to be installed and changing pillions becomes a chore. 🤨😖
I'll keep the stock pillion and remove the strap for better aesthetics and pillion swapping. Never know when you may need a rear tail bag and makes swapping easy.

No need, I definitely thought the 'band' in the instructions was metal, that's the passenger grab band. As long as the stock passenger seat fits over the extra bracket at the rear they should be able to be hot swapped. If not, it's 2 bolts to remove the extra bracket.
