Suspension parts, etc. For instance, are these the same on both bikes?

Sure did. I wanted to make sure the parts were the same before ordering.

Not sure what the difference is between the ZX400SPFNL and ZX400SPFNN

Found those. I'd love to find the same for the ZX25R.

I thought I'd add RonAyers.com to the conversation mainly because I like their layout better than Partzilla.

I've used RonAyers for both the VTR1000 SuperHawk and the Ninja400 especially for the VTR as I'm restoring it back to new status.

Hope this helps and adds another source for our bikes. 👍

Interesting mine is the California version and probably everyone else's too here in the states. 🤔
Canada would be the most likely candidate for the non U.S. version. 🤷🏼‍♂️
