I’ve owned a ‘18 CBR1K SP new since ‘20.

This is one of the still-current, SC77 generation, (2017-2023).

The moto was heavily restricted here in the USA, to meet noise emissions.

We’re talking 145ish hp at the rear wheel, rev restrictions as well.

Thankfully, the ecu was eventually reverse engineered, and a handful of tuners created mail-in flashes.

The tuner I dealt wt has an amazing mail-in flash, that transformed my CBR SP, throughout the rev range, added & deleted a handful of options, smoothed out the ride by wire, added 20hp up top, and overall the transformation was simply amazing, which is why I still talk about it, 3 seasons later..

*What‘s my point? :p

I‘m sure we all greatly look forward to the ecu flashes that will restore our ZX-4RR’s to their Euro specs, as well as the other perks/options that come wt said flash. :)

Hard to say but in the Ninja400 avenue we have Norton Motorsports, Spears Racing, Graves and TST Industries.
EDR Tuning in Oregon has also dabbled with the platform.

Whether or not these tuners will embrace the 4RR like @Gravesport has so far is a guess at the moment.
All I know is I'll be ready for the tune and whatever performance goodies are needed to release the beast witching this new platform.

🤞to see who the first will be. 😁👍

Besides Graves, no one has the bike so "when" we get them and "when " the guys that have been doing flashes and then the tuners get the bikes and get them on the dyno to test out different parts combined. I work closely with TST and Spears and all the bikes that come through my shop will primarily will be put on a dyno and tuned properly. TST will be working hard to get his parts and tunes for the ECU. there is a member here that will be getting one and will be working on the ECU as well

@ithaca00 I've already talked to gregg about the bike, he's hard at work with the RC390 stuff right now and the N400 which is his nitch at the moment. unless the bike becomes part of the race scene, I'm gonna imagine he won't partake in it much. but time will tell as when the bikes start flowing in and who decides to market parts for them. i will import parts and TST and i will have multiple bikes to do R&D with

I've used SuperBike Unlimited (SBU) and Moore Mafia for ECU flashing and both offer great services. I expect both will have ZX4R flashing available and would recommend either of these shops for tuning. These are local shops to my area in NC/SC and I drove out and met with both Freddy at SBU and Chris Moore and both offer great ECU flashing.

FYI
We have 3 tunes developed at this time
Unrestricted
Unrestricted for the Graves Cat back system
Supersport for the Graves Full Ti system
All 3 tunes have incredible gains

Chuck,
When are these going to become available ?
I see that you've added a few items to your site you've previously shown here - any chance there are going to be discounted prices for forum members, or some sort of group buys ?

Absolutely. I can ask Shane McCoy who is handling the Graves Vendor posts to organize this. Sound good ?
