I know the 4RR uses Kawasaki branded calipers.
I went poking around a dealership today, and the pictures look very similar to the calipers I spied on the Ninja 1000sx.
Have you upgraded the brake pads yet @Gravesport ?
I'm hoping to be able to drop in some Vesrah pads. VD-355 if the caliper is the same as the 1000sx.

I’ve used Vesrah’s on my CBR1K several sets now, love ‘em for street n track.

I run Vesrah on the street/track too, and I love 'em!
Better bang for the buck upgrade than braided lines IMO.
The set of RJL-XX I put on my C-14 was by far the most expensive set of brake pads I have ever installed on any motorcycle, ever.
They were worth it.

I love vesrah pads too but they are soooo expensive. Here’s the last set I used lol, got every $$$ worth.

being a Brembo dealer you better believe you'll see an all Brembo front end on my build ! I will look to see if Accossato will have calipers as i do carry their M/Cs all my bikes have Brembo Z04 pads

My CBR1K came wt Brembo pads, they are excellent as well, but iirc the replacement cost was considerably higher than the Vesrah’s.

Update.
I checked the ZX-4RR front calipers on the Revzilla parts diagrams vs the 1000SX.
They are the same part number, so any of the Vesrah VD-355 pads should fit the 4RR.
Same brake pads fit some very heavy and fast bikes.
