Took the helmet lock off, now I gain +30hp. Thanks

On another note, I wonder what the complete weight of the exhaust is. Crazy how just taking off the stock muffler can lose you 7lbs. With an engine so small, I feel like 10lbs can be all the difference.

I think Pete weighed it in at ~20lbs

Nice! Keen to see how much can be dropped and still keep it street legal. What's next?

Hello David,
I was watching your process for flashing and tuning the ZX4RR. I especially appreciate your level of detail on actual road load conditions, and it shows in your smooth graph.
I am planning to fit a full exhaust and a better air filter. Would you need to test on the actual bike or can you make adjustments to compensate?

Thanks,

William

Thank you!!

what full system are you adding?

I do the testing on my bike so you just have to send me your ECU

David,

I'm open to the Graves header/slip-on combo, assuming their Pro full systems might be a bit pricy or the full Akrapovic.
I understand you have access to both? How would you compare? I want a lighter system, a bit more power and cornering clearence (so no low systems).
This will be for the track only.

Thanks for your advice.

i will be testing the graves full system after I test the yosh full system.

without testing both the graves and Akra I can not make an accurate comparison

my experience tells me the Graves will be a superior all around package but I will wait to make that official until I test them both
