Dude. I'm paying 36 dollars a month for my ZX 4RR, full coverage with 1k deductible. It's incredible value.

How are you guys getting so low?! Full coverage at 170$ for me, and I went shopping hard to find a good deal. Struggles of being young (ish)

Insurance was definitely a factor for me. Almost triple (from my quote) going from a Ninja 400 to 6R. I expected the ZX4R to fall somewhere in the middle of the two which I was okay with. Since this will be my main bike (for now!!), thinking about long term cost was important. That, as well as gas, maint. etc etc. It was not an easy decision though. Really loved how the 6R rode. But as they say, a candle that burns twice as bright burns half as long. And I'm not anywhere near proficient to be riding a 600. Maybe 5 years down the line.
